All products are non-refundable.

If you receive products that are damaged upon arrival or not in accordance to your order, please contact us for a return and exchange of products within 7 days of receiving the products. Any application for returns and exchanges out of this time period is not accepted. The products you return for an exchange of products should be unused and returned with all their accessories and in their original packaging.

1. Please contact us via WhatsApp to state your order number and reasons for a return and exchange with photographic proof.
2. When your application for a return and exchange is accepted, return your products in its original packaging by visiting our physical store or shipping them to us.
3. Receive the same products in pristine condition by visiting our physical store or through delivery services.

In case of any disputes, SINCE Concept Store reserves the right to make the final decision.
